Terms of Service

Welcome to Edurithma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Edurithma's educational platform, services, and content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Edurithma provides non-certified, informational online educational content and training focused on digital skills development. Our services include:

Important: Edurithma does not provide accredited education, professional certifications, regulated training programs, or credentials recognized by educational licensing bodies. Our content is for informational and skill development purposes only.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use Edurithma under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Edurithma grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and view educational content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable
  • Participate in workshops and interactive sessions

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to Edurithma materials
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use content for commercial training purposes without explicit written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using Edurithma services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

  • Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Edurithma and third parties

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Pricing for courses, workshops, and B2B programs is displayed on our platform. Edurithma reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Edurithma to charge all fees.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your total.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is detailed in our separate Refund Policy document. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

7. Non-Certification Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Edurithma provides educational content for informational and skill development purposes only. Our services:

  • Do NOT result in accredited degrees, diplomas, or professional certifications
  • Do NOT constitute regulated training programs
  • Do NOT provide credentials recognized by licensing or accreditation bodies
  • Are NOT a substitute for formal education or professional certification programs
  • May not satisfy continuing education requirements for licensed professionals

Completion of Edurithma courses may result in a certificate of completion for personal records, but these certificates hold no official academic or professional standing.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service

Edurithma services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees of specific learning outcomes or career advancement
  • Assurances of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

8.2 No Professional Advice

Content provided through Edurithma is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific guidance.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edurithma and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party content or actions
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Edurithma shall not exceed the amount you paid to Edurithma in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edurithma, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of Edurithma services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Edurithma is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account closure features. Termination does not entitle you to refunds except as specified in our Refund Policy.

12.2 Termination by Edurithma

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Edurithma immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Requests from law enforcement or government agencies

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access Edurithma services immediately ceases
  • You must cease all use of our content and materials
  • Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations survive termination

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Edurithma shall be resolved through:

  1. Informal Negotiation: First, contact us to attempt good-faith resolution
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
  3. Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lexington, Kentucky

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Edurithma may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

15. Accessibility

Edurithma is committed to making our platform accessible to all users. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us so we can work to provide reasonable accommodations.

16. Force Majeure

Edurithma is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet/telecommunications failures.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edurithma regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Edurithma.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. Edurithma may assign these Terms without restriction.
