2.2 Non-Refundable After Content Access
Refunds are not available if:

- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed the course or received a certificate of completion
- You have downloaded substantial course materials
3. Live Workshops and Knowledge Sessions
3.1 Cancellation Before Workshop
For live workshops and interactive sessions:
- 7+ days before session: Full refund available
- 3-6 days before session: 50% refund available
- Less than 3 days before session: No refund available
- After session has started: No refund available
3.2 Rescheduling Options

4. B2B Corporate Programs
4.1 Custom Program Refunds

- Resources already committed

- If issues cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued

Items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes:
